Before I start I would just like to say that this is a serious question. I'm not trying to be funny or something like that. I would like serious responses please. First of all I am a 15 year old male in the United States. I am incontinent and have to wear diapers as I cannot hold my bladder. So far I am incapable of changing my own diaper. Someone in my family will take care of it for me easily. I have tried countless times but always end up either ruining the diaper or not doing a good enough job to secure it on me. I am trying to learn from my family how to do it on my own as I would love to do but it has proven to be very difficult. My family is able to change me when they are around. However, if I am somewhere on my own and I wet my diaper, I have no way of changing myself. I have tried just going to a bathroom and changing it myself but this has always resulted in embarrassment. If I try to ignore it and just go on, I end up wetting my diaper again and having it leak all over me in public. I always carry diapers with me but I have to end what I am doing and go home just for a change. Then I have to go all the way back and continue what I was doing. I would love to know if there would be ANY sort of place I could go that could help me out when I am in public and need a change. As soon as I can do it myself I will be free of this embarrassment but until then I would love to know if anyone knows of a place. I am being serious and would just love the confidence of being able to be in public without having to go home for a change. Thank you for any help and for serious responses! My daughter is 14 and was diagnosed with epilepsy a little over 2 years ago. She's had it for much longer, but it went undiagnosed as simply headaches and daydreaming until she started having tonic clonic seizures. Her epilepsy hasn't yet been able to have been completely controlled (tonic clonics only have reduced significantly) and being a 12 year old being diagnosed with epilepsy is very hard. She has had to give up so much because of her epilepsy and complications from it (gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, babysitting, etc). She seems to have stayed at about the same level of intelligence but now needs more attention and help from her teachers at school (she used to be 3 years worth ahead in each class). She has also become much less verbal (not that she can't talk, just doesn't like to and it sounds slurred) and is usually exhausted and losing her balance. Since she's had to make so many sacrifices and she's always in pain, my husband and I would like to give her the one wish she wants, or as close as we can get to it (she LOVES the show Victorious, she wants to meet the cast, especially Ariana Grande) but we're unsure of which organizations might grant her wish for her. We are pretty sure that make a wish will not agree to this as it is not officially "life-threatening" and we would like to know about any other options you know of that would attempt to give her her wish. My 5 month old is always fussy, never content?

I'm wondering if anyone had a similar situation and what you did to help. My daughter is 5 and a half months old. She's never been content since birth! She fights sleep vigoursly. She sleeps about 5 hours a night getting up once or twice in between and she only sleeps about 3 hours during total during the day. She hates the car. She hates the stroller. She will only go in her swing for a small amount of time in the morning. She's ok with the exersaucer or jumperoo for only 5-10 minutes. She doesn't like to leave the house. I can't "let her cry" because she's stopped breathing twice and we had to administer CPR. She only takes her bottle when she's ready to sleep and I have to carry her around in the bathroom with the fan on... and she's getting heavy! She's been on cereal and vegetables for about 4 weeks but very minimal because she hates that too! She's not teething yet but we've tried hurricane gel and tylonel anyways. We've tried colic calm, gripe water, sleep tonic, music and the carriers which she also doesn't like. She was on prevacid and zantac for silent reflux but that never helped and seemed to go away. I'm desperate. I keep trying and trying and she continually dislikes everything and I'm exhausted. Doctor said she's fine just a high sensory baby? It would be nice if she at least liked ONE thing to help us through the day. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Thank you :)

16 year old GED HELP?

So up untill tonight, my focus as a 15 year old have been quite narrow-minded. I go to school simply because it's "what you do", not in a bad way, I have excellent grades, etc. More to the point, My dad has homeschooled me on and off for the past 5 years, I havent had much planning ahead guidance and this year have fallen extremely behind in my schooling. I go to an online school, themorningstaracademy and unless I get the summer extension, which I cant afford by tomorrow, the deadline, Im going to fail two of my 6 classes because I wont be able to finish all the assignments. I started super late because I and everyone else around me has a mac, I had just got mine and couldnt affor to buy a PC which is what I needed for school. Its not that im incapable, This is my first year taking AP classes and I hav excelled, there simply isnt enough time. That being said, I have few options. I can transition into public schools for the 3rd time and run a high risk of being placed BACk two grades or more, can continue with online school which I cant afford to do because my parents now see me as not being able to handle it, which I understand from their perspective, but being the one actually trying to do it right, I just couldnt get it all done. And my third option, my birthday is in two months, so I could go straight for my GED, and start life basically. Im not particularly in favor of any of these options, because when I think GED, I have this illiterate, "prescious" type stereotype in my mind, as if im some stupid dropout who will in the eyes of others will never acheive anything, which im not calling ANYBODY by the way, thats just the stupid image I have in my mind. Im not sure what to do, any input right now would be helpful. I do want to go to college and a good one at that. Being homeschooled for so long, I havent had any guidence when it comes to the future and pursuit of education, career, etc.

Seriously, my entire life I have been unhappy except for days where I have had access to diet pepsi. It is the most amazing consumable object on earth. The first sip immediately jolts your tastebuds/throat with a peppery refreshing sensation. I'm on the same two medications now but before those ,the only time my dosage was lowered was when I was admitted for 24 hr EEG surveilance where they wanted me to take siezures. Don't feel that way since you didn't get a job. My brother has been feeling the same way right now because he has been looking for a job and no one will accept him:(. But the truth is that nobody has been able to find jobs lately. Its the economy and you can't blame yourself for it. Even the smartest and most hard working people can't find jobs. I know its hard and you feel bummed out and like you can't do anything, but honestly its not your fault. Just keep on trying out for other jobs and with a little time, you will soon find a job that really suits you. As for your friend, I am so sorry. Do I have a problem, or is this normal?

I used to be quite good with women. And I don't mean that in any degrading fashion; women were never objects, but I did end up getting along with a lot of them, through no fault of my own, other than liking them and having been liked in return. I had the same problem, When I was really young I did gymnastics for a few years, and as a result I have a sixpack. I'm a girl, so it is not a gross man sixpack, more rock solid abs with a little bit of definition. I dieted to burn the fat off, or really just ate super healthy, often but small portions and continued exercising heaps (like usual) and it took time, because I didn't have much to lose, but commitment is everything. False positive oral drug test causes?

Because my son stole vodka and is deemed to have a drug problem, I am now court ordered to random drug screening. My first test came back positive for cocaine. I do not use cocaine or any other illegal, prescription or over the counter drug. In my research I found that someone with kidney disease can test positive for cocaine and I have 6 of the 10 symptoms listed, however, the site implies that this false positive only occurs in urine tests and my test was an oral swab. Can anyone tell me WITH CERTAINTY that this can happen with an oral test as well? I already know the causes for false positives are diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, kidney infection, amoxicillin (sp), and tonic water so please only comment if you can give me evidence that a false positive can occur in the oral test for whatever reason. So, I'm a fourteen year old girl (I will be a freshman in the fall) and I am staying home all day every day to watch my younger brother. My parents divorced at the beginning of this year and my mom got a full time job. Now, she's out of the house from 7 'til 6 and it's my responsibility to watch my 11 year old brother. Honestly, at 11 years old, I'd figure he's okay to stay home alone for a few hours while I go out with my friends or something. However, I'm never allowed to go out. This includes when my brother goes out with his friends. My mom says I need to stay home in case something happens and he has to come home. She wont let me join my school tennis team, which I had been training for all year, in August because practice is four hours a day every weekday for two weeks before school. I think this is unreasonable because I have rides etc but she thinks my brother is incapable of staying home alone at this age (she would leave me home alone for hours at a time when I was younger than him, and my brother is not at all destructive or anything that should cause her to worry). Hey everyone! So the past week I have been stressed and emotionaly a wreak... Okay so I noticed on sunday night when I get into bed that my feet hurt real bad, feels like mucle soreness maybe.. I figured it had been from walking. So come tues night im with a friend and feel fine no worries or stess at that point in time... Then my feet begin to feel (to me) like they had a super fever to my touch, they where burning in numbness, they looked kinda purple and slightly swollen. So my friend (who is a EMT) asked to look at my feet. He said they felt like ice.. I lifted my legs and started to feel etreemly nasious, my vision slowly dissapered. The next thing I know im on the floor with a killer headache (i hit the desk) and my tounge is in major pain. I felt very confused because when I passed out I kinda had a dream but I cannot remember it... My friend said that my eyes had rolled back and I smaked my head on the desk and fell to the ground letting out strange noises and continued to shake shoulders and arms. He thinks o had a seizur but my dr says it was a fainting spell... Only thong is I didnt feel like it was jist a fainting spell. Afterwards I took my temp and the thermomedor read 95.3. I also had a very bad headache that i decribed as a numb hat, and backpain. Anyone have any ideas?

Possible seizures during food poisoning - need urgent, medical advice?

My boyfriend came down with what we think is food poisoning about 6 hours ago. We think the cause was some fast-food left over from yesterday that had been left out. He is no longer vomiting and can keep down small amounts of water. However, he has lost much more liquid than he has been able to take in. I have not tried to give him any toast or crackers because he says it will be too rough on his throat. He has not been running a fever. In the past 3 or 4 hours he's had what looks like a tonic-clonic seizure while having diarrhea. This has happened 4 times now and has all the symptoms of tonic-clonic seizure, but lasts around 20 seconds each time. In-between these he has been sleeping in bed. I don't know if he's actually seizing or fainting or if I need to take him to the emergency room. We are uninsured and cannot afford to go to the ER, but these seizures are very alarming and I need to do whatever is best for him. I need to know if he needs to be taken to the hospital or if he will be alright without immediate medical attention. Thank you.

16 year old GED HELP?

So up untill tonight, my focus as a 15 year old have been quite narrow-minded. I go to school simply because it's "what you do", not in a bad way, I have excellent grades, etc. More to the point, My dad has homeschooled me on and off for the past 5 years, I havent had much planning ahead guidance and this year have fallen extremely behind in my schooling. I go to an online school, themorningstaracademy and unless I get the summer extension, which I cant afford by tomorrow, the deadline, Im going to fail two of my 6 classes because I wont be able to finish all the assignments. I started super late because I and everyone else around me has a mac, I had just got mine and couldnt affor to buy a PC which is what I needed for school. Its not that im incapable, This is my first year taking AP classes and I hav excelled, there simply isnt enough time. That being said, I have few options. I can transition into public schools for the 3rd time and run a high risk of being placed BACk two grades or more, can continue with online school which I cant afford to do because my parents now see me as not being able to handle it, which I understand from their perspective, but being the one actually trying to do it right, I just couldnt get it all done. And my third option, my birthday is in two months, so I could go straight for my GED, and start life basically. Im not particularly in favor of any of these options, because when I think GED, I have this illiterate, "prescious" type stereotype in my mind, as if im some stupid dropout who will in the eyes of others will never acheive anything, which im not calling ANYBODY by the way, thats just the stupid image I have in my mind. Im not sure what to do, any input right now would be helpful. I do want to go to college and a good one at that. Being homeschooled for so long, I havent had any guidence when it comes to the future and pursuit of education, career, etc.

Should you keep a marriage going just for the sake of children?

5 months gsd front legs bent?

i have a 5 months gsd pup, since 3 months i have noticed the front legs are bent. i tried many medicines as my vent told me but it has still the same problem. i give her calcium every day twice with growth tonics never missed a day since 2 months and i tried aracitol injections but of no use. and its very poor in eating. i tied pedigree weaning till 4 months and proifessional since a month. i love my dog verymuch and i love her eating tried many types of pedigree foods, but its very very lean, ears are not completely erected, it weights 9 Kgs now. it lost a lot of hair last week. i take lot of care but i feel very very sad looking at her. please advice me for a better growth and front legs bent problem.

How to deal with my horrible mother?

So my mother complains all the time that she does not have anyone to take care of her and pamper atleast one whole day (since my parents are divorced she gets very lonely). So I decided to cook for her and give her a break from the kitchen for today and start cooking. To be honest I hate the kitchen and I hate to cook but I somehow bring myself to do it. So I start...and since I dont cook too often I happen to take longer than what she would take to cook the same thing..Obviously. So just when I'm about done, she yells from the bedroom (where is is just lazing around) if I'm planning on providing her with breakfast or dinner because I'm taking so long! I'm like I'm done, here it is. She is so unhappy and starts eating and complaining about how long I took to make it and how I am so slow and how I still have to learn to do things right and how I'm incapable of providing her a happy breakfast etc...etc. At this point my blood is boiling....On top of making her breakfast and trying to do something nice, this ***** wants to complain on how I could not do it according to her standards! I just want to scream and say SCREW YOU *****, YOU DESERVE NOTHING! But instead I control my temper and tell her to stop nagging for which she explodes like a latent volcano and starts yelling at me and throwing stuff and acting like a psychotic poodle! I try to reason with her and tell her to calm down and she slaps me!!!!!!! At this point I lose my temper and start yelling too (I really wanted to slap her back but obviously I can't slap my mom). She tells me I'm a ***** and needs to be treated like one and she will make sure she will put me in my place blah blah...She says this was the reason my dad does not like me. WOW. I mean really?? My dad (another son of a gun) din't care about her and left her and because i was closer to her left me too) but to bring this on me like this and that too for what..trying to make her bloody breakfast??!! I had to remind her that he left her too and not just me. Now she is not talking to me and still is fuming and calling me names. So who is right...me or her? What should I do? Long story short, I as able able to resolve these conflicts and manage to get straight a's this quarter. Hypothetically, i can prob recuperate my gpa up to a 3.2-3.8 by next year if i take all aps and do well. I wanna try to get into Harvard, one of my teachers said if all this works out i have good chance because i can use my academic history to my advantage and im pretty confident i can get a nearly perfect, if not perfect score on the sat. Is there any truth in this? Any recommendations? Thanks

My boyfriend danced with another girl right beside me at a club.. He was Drunk, but not wasted. What do i do?

Me and my boyfriend went to a club ( he had drank 3/4 of a bottle of Tonic Wine i think..) He was going mad all over the place and it looked like he was having a good time and i didn't mind but when he started to get closer to other girls it pissed me off.. He started rubbing up this girl i know dancing with her and hugging her. Then he would come over to me like nothing was wrong. I know its jealousy but i wasnt drinking at all that night.. a few weeks prior i had been and he was sober and i didnt go near any other guys, i dont think thats fair. I told him about it, and he says hes sorry and he "cant remember doing that at all" but if hes this kind of person when hes drunk.. Is that the person he'd like to be when sober? Did I have a Tonic-Clonic Seizure?

Hey everyone! So the past week I have been stressed and emotionaly a wreak... Okay so I noticed on sunday night when I get into bed that my feet hurt real bad, feels like mucle soreness maybe.. I figured it had been from walking. So come tues night im with a friend and feel fine no worries or stess at that point in time... Then my feet begin to feel (to me) like they had a super fever to my touch, they where burning in numbness, they looked kinda purple and slightly swollen. So my friend (who is a EMT) asked to look at my feet. He said they felt like ice.. I lifted my legs and started to feel etreemly nasious, my vision slowly dissapered. The next thing I know im on the floor with a killer headache (i hit the desk) and my tounge is in major pain. I felt very confused because when I passed out I kinda had a dream but I cannot remember it... My friend said that my eyes had rolled back and I smaked my head on the desk and fell to the ground letting out strange noises and continued to shake shoulders and arms. He thinks i had a seizure but my Dr. says it was a fainting spell... Only thing is I didnt feel like it was just a fainting spell. Afterwards I took my temp and the thermometer read 95.3. I also had a very bad headache that i decribed as a numb hat, and backpain. Anyone have any ideas?

if you really cant afford to leave the job- im sorry i dont mean this to come out and sound horrible but you'll just have to push through it.and i know its easier said than done, but try talking to your friends even if they are work collegues, maybe one that has seen this bullying in action? i have to be honest my first opinion would be to confront the bully, then if nothing changes to confront the bullys boss. as you cannot go straight to someone higher without showing you have tried to sort this out maturely first. i hope this helps :)

Well Lupus I have and its known to mess with your thyroid. I personally have lupus, neuropathy and hypothyroidism along with many of your symptoms. Also since Lupus is any autoimmune disease it does attack your body giving you other illnesses. My guess is its more than one thing and should have a blood test for lupus or other autoimmune diseases. Also should be referred to a neurologist for you abnormal eeg and seizures. I asked a question concerning affirmative action, and the fact that most whites believe we should get rid of it, some say it claims blacks are incapable, other say its not far that someone can take my job just because they are black, some argue that the perpetrates racism.. but not of this answers the question. White males with a felony are more likely to get a job than a black man without one, black males are 4x more likely to get pulled over and search than white makes who are actually 6x more likely to have an illegal substance on them,(DOJ statistics), whites make 40 to 60k more a year than blacks who have the same level of education and work experience. Affirmative action, is not saying blacks are inferior, its a response to the injustices perpetrated by the system. 1) whites refuse to talk about race, even when faced with the facts, 2) they always focus on irrelevant points like, its un fair, or it makes blacks seem inferior... My question is how then do you fix the race problem? How do you fix the race problem? ill say it again, because a million people will respond with irrelevant answers... Senior citizens.. important question on medical proxy. I have no one to turn to..?

Having a very small family (and my friends are worse off than I am so I cannot depend on them as their health is fragile and they may not even be here at the time this arises) I HAVE NO ONE absolutely no one, I trust to be my medical proxy and carry out my wishes if the need arises. The only one I would have considered is OUT. They have TOTALLY different views on what should happen with a person who is incapacitated. THEIR views come first. As previously stated, this is addressed to players of Dragon Age 2. (Spoiler Alerts Follow) Simply by playing through the first act, it doesn't take a genius to deduce that the templars and mages are tearing apart Kirkwall. Not all mages are evil true enough, but there are enough maleficar running about causing sufficient chaos to make people fear them for justifiable reasons. I have heard the "they only turn to blood magic in defense" argument, but certainly enough has been gathered from doing side quests that many of them truly are dangerous and power hungry; Tahrone desired to overthrow Kirkwall and destroy the templars, as did Grace who, even though some were gracious enough to spare her (including me), continued to desire the complete destruction of the Templars and the domination of Kirkwall by mages. It's sad that many of them truly are good people, but simply setting them free is highly impractical, and will likely result in another Tevinter Imperium; how many mages wil simply be satisfied with freedom forever? No mage will ever be free of temptation, no matter how hard they may resist it. The reason alone that not all mages are evil and power hungry is reason enough to classify Fenris as foolish in my opinion: judging an entire group based on the actions of some of them is not wise at all, no matter how difficult a past the judging person may have had. Similarly, not all templars are pure evil: even Bethany (if she is forced into the circle) admits that she respects the Templars and most of them are simply doing a job, and are actually polite. The worst one I've seen throughout the campaign is Ser Alrik: he was truly evil I'll admit since, if I'm correct, he made mages tranquil so he could rape them. However, even the prejudiced Ser Cullen changed his habits in the end (if you side with the Templars, he advocates sparing mages that have surrendered despite Meredith's objections), he also had enough courage to stand up to her in the end. Ser Thrask was also actually a very good person; he sympathizes with the mages' plight and he even has a daughter who is a mage; he also ends up leading a rebellion against Meredith and pays with his life and wanted to spare the renegade mages from Starkhaven. The reason alone that there are actually some good Templars in the world is, similarly with Fenris, enough to classify Anders as a fool. He truly believes freedom for mages is simple; he believes killing Templars is completely justifiable in every case, and even advocates it; there is no better example that the mages are no better than the Templars than Anders, he stooped to "their level" by blowing up a Chantry with innocent people inside; he is basically a Jihadist, no matter how good a person he may have been before the "Justice Incident". For the record, I sided with the mages in the end, mostly because the Circle was blameless in the destruction of the Chantry, and murdering them all wasn't something I felt comfortable with. Thusly, if my Warden/Hawke is ever elected as Supreme Ruler of Thedas (crosses fingers) this would be my plan. The Circle would become more of a school than a prison/home, educating mages in the beneficial application of their power as opposed to evil application. Once the mages have graduated, they may move back home, start a family, etc..., maybe even receive financial aid from the Chantry to start out. The Templars would enact some minor supervision, such as occasional inspections or curfew; as nice as it would be, absolute freedom is not practical and therefore middle ground must be found. The Tranquil idea would be completely thrown out; the mages will stay in the tower until they are truly prepared to complete their Harrowings; Tranquility is truly cruel. What I would do is if he acts like your car is his, hide the keys or don't let him drive it. How to Help Achieve Abs?

I am a 15 year old boy who is 5'10" and about 150lbs. Lately I have been doing cardio exercises (not strictly just for cardio) such as basketball and running. I also have been doing ab exercises. I do these obviousley because I want abs not just for the ladies but also for myself. My dad seems to think that I may be genetically incapable of getting abs as he has never had them nor my grandfather. But my brother did (he has a different dad). I also eat like a typical teenager but drink a lot of gatorade and mostly water with a soda like 2 or 3 times a week. I don't know if this will be bad for my abs or not. Also, I have very minimal body fat most of which is on my stomach, just enough to cover the abs that I can feel beneath. I am looking for ways to increase abs and lose the fat and also find out if my typical diet (pizza, subway, also some vegetables) may be affecting this, or if you can really be genetically incapable of achieving abs.
