Is God capable of Learning? or does he already 'know it all'?

He knows it all and we could take an eternity to try and learn what he knows and we still would not be able to learn it all Matthew 16: 23 But, turning his back, he said to Peter: "Get behind me Satan. You are a stumbling block to me, because you think not God's Thoughts but those of men."
