Face Mask...HELP?! 10 points!!!?

Has anyone used the face mask Montagne Jeunesse Face Tonic-spearmint & Tea Tree? My friend and I tried it and our faces started burning. Now that we've taken it off our faces have turned really really red in the spot we put the mask. Is this normal?
