What is a list of free rpg games with good player housing and combat systems?

need some good online games, single or multiplayer, where you play as a knight or something, using swords and magic to fight creatures, like LOTRO. the game must have a player housing system, simple like wizard101 only better graphics and without the stupid kid stuff in it. prefered to be a medieval game just less complicated than LOTRO and RoM. ( dont suggest runescape)
