I'm scared if I failed my grade seven exam?

I was really nervous and messed up the scales big time. I completely forgot to to play one of the scales and the staccato scale. I made one or two slips in tonic four note cord, a few slips in dominant seventh cord and one or two slips in the apperigios. Made a few but not that much slip in my two studies together. My three pieces went well. I made a two slips in sight reading. Does anyone have good ideas on how to not be nervous at an exam. That is always why I mess up but I never messed up this bad all though I've only taken two exams. One was for grade four and I got an 88 on that. Will I be able to pass this one. I should also practice more
