Do you think my rabbit is a Florida White? (Re-asking)?

Did the shelter tell you she was an adult? Or her age? because to me she doesn't look like a florida white but to be honest I haven't seen one in person. Just in pictures. She looks like the white albinos to me. They get about 10 pounds and are meat rabbits. But that is my opinion. And I am not 100% sure what the name of the albinos are because that is what the breeder told me.
