Runescape fans, how do you play?

I'm a combat lvl 36. I recently got scammed and have lost all my runes money and magic clothing, I dont have great skills besides magic (42) range(32) attack(26) and strength(32) so I want to know how do you play on runescape? what do you daily and what would you recomment for a noob like me?
