Bullying at work - Any Advice ?

if you really cant afford to leave the job- im sorry i dont mean this to come out and sound horrible but you'll just have to push through it.and i know its easier said than done, but try talking to your friends even if they are work collegues, maybe one that has seen this bullying in action? i have to be honest my first opinion would be to confront the bully, then if nothing changes to confront the bullys boss. as you cannot go straight to someone higher without showing you have tried to sort this out maturely first. i hope this helps :)
