My boyfriend danced with another girl right beside me at a club.. He was Drunk, but not wasted. What do i do?

Me and my boyfriend went to a club ( he had drank 3/4 of a bottle of Tonic Wine i think..) He was going mad all over the place and it looked like he was having a good time and i didn't mind but when he started to get closer to other girls it pissed me off.. He started rubbing up this girl i know dancing with her and hugging her. Then he would come over to me like nothing was wrong. Then we were meant to meet outside the club and there he was flirting, laughing and touching up some other girl.. I don't know but this pissed me off big time. I know its jealousy but i wasnt drinking at all that night.. a few weeks prior i had been and he was sober and i didnt go near any other guys, i dont think thats fair. I told him about it, and he says hes sorry and he "cant remember doing that at all" but if hes this kind of person when hes drunk.. Is that the person he'd like to be when sober? You know what they say.. "A drunk man speaks sober mans thoughts" or something like that. Should i dump him? I dont see how he can remember all the pointless stuff from that night but not the things that annoyed me, i dont believe him one bit when he says he "cant remember".. The amount he drank cant cause black outs, hes a big guy.. 6ft. Pffft..
